Over a period of 2 decades, Nizar has gained experience in almost every sector and industry, from Automotive and Telecommunication to Real Estate and Tourism. During that time, and based on the firm belief that you must first 'do' in order to 'lead', he took on permanent and temporary roles in Account Management and Creative as an Account Executive, Arabic Copywriter, English Copywriter, Art Director, Associate Creative Director, Creative Director, and Executive Creative Director.

Nizar also maintained ten consecutive years of recognition and awards on a regional and global scale, and his work has been celebrated in festivals such as the Cannes Lions, the New York Advertising Awards, Dubai Lynx, the GEMAS Effies, and the MENA Cristals to name a few.

Nizar's experience with some of the world's largest multinational companies, along with his academic qualifications, have allowed him to focus the value of his consultancy on globalising local business and localising global business. He also provides cultural consultancy to international brands and agencies aiming to enter or grow within the regional market, especially those with a high-culture context such as Saudi Arabia.
